Our living room is turning into a seascape.

My collection of underwater themed objects is growing, thanks to M., E., V. and R.

Sparkling Sea Noteblock by Susie Ghahremani. E. picked this up at the wonderful paper place on Queen Street West, Toronto. It comes with a secret drawer.

R. brought it back for me from the Horniman Museum, London. It’s dangling from our living room reading lamp and pretending the parlour palm behind it is seaweed.

Coral branch necklace by Kathryn Blackmore at The Vamoose. Check out her other handmade pieces, often involving semi precious stones, inspired by the earth and the sea.

This is sort of where it started. Coral notebook bought for me by V. at Deyrolle, Paris, after our tour around the shop.

Subscription to mare magazine, a birthday present from M.
